    • Use our simple step-by-step guide to measure an existing shirt you own. This method gets the best results.
    • You can send us a well fitting suit which we will copy.

The collar measurement should be taken from the outer edge of the buttonhole to the center of the collar button when the collar is spread flat.

The arm hole measurement should be taken as a straight line from the shoulder/sleeve seem to the lower corner where the sleeve meets the body.

Measure straight across the chest from one armpit to the other. Do not stretch apart the shirt when taking the measurement.

The hips measurement should be taken accross the bottom of the shirt at the end of side seams. Do not stretch the shirt apart too much when taking this measurement.

Measure from the seam at the top of the shirt down the edge at the bottom of the shirt. This measurement is normally longer than your sleeve length.

The sleeve length measurement should be taken from the shoulder/sleeve seam along the upper edge of the sleeve to the edge of the cuff.

The shoulder width measurement should be taken between the shoulders at the sleeve seam.

Measure straight across the bicep, and start 3 inches down from the armpit seam.

The arm hole measurement should be taken as a straight line from the shoulder/sleeve seem to the lower corner where the sleeve meets the body.

Place the tape measure around your wrist at the narrowest point.

The waist measurement should be taken around the waist at the point where your pants normally sit. Stand up in a relaxed posture and try not to suck in your stomach. Note that you should not enter your pants size here - it will be different to your actual measurement

For this measurement, the tape measure needs to go through the legs. Start at the middle front of your pants waistline and run the tape measure under your legs round to the top of your buttocks. Finish the measurement at the center of your pants waistline.

This measurement varies a lot on the style of pants you want. Measure across the bottom hem of one the legs of the pants. This will determine how tight your pants will be around your ankle. Note this measurement cannot always be followed exactly, as it depends heavily on your calf measurement. As we do not use stretchy fabrics, and must follow the contours of the pants pattern, we may have to make slight adjustments.
