At the shopping cart, you can select to have your garments sent in a William Teddington black gift box. Your garments will be wrapped in tissue paper and boxed.
As our garments are custom made, there is a production time and a shipping time.

PROCESSING & PRODUCTION
Below is the amount of time it takes us to process and produce your order before it is sent:
Shirts & Pants
Production time: 9-18 days*
Suits / Jackets / Blazers
Production time: 9-18 days*
*Songkran Holiday (April):
Orders placed in between 20 March and 19 April will be subject to slower production times. Production will take up to 1 week longer than normal. This is because businesses are forced to close over this period.
*Christmas & NYE Period:
Orders placed between 15 December – 5 January will be subject to slower production times. Production will take up to 10 days longer than normal. This is because a lot of our staff go on holiday during this time and we cannot process or produce orders as fast.
DELIVERY OF OUR PRODUCT
As soon as production is complete, your order is shipped from our production center in Bangkok, Thailand. Shipping times are as follows:
